This project consisted of creating a modern unit as an addition to the existing house at the seaside. The project had restrictions in budget, and we have designed double storey extension with a loft design to allow a perfect bedroom with the Ocean view. The unit has a separate entrance from the backyard and it is connected with the main residence with a service lift which is to provide main food distribution from the main kitchen. The extension has a living room, toilet, bathroom and a kitchenette with a vast balcony downstairs, and a bedroom with a walk in robe upstairs.
This unique design is still in the process of getting the building permit, and the building process would ideally start early next year.
