This project involved the design of functional and aesthetically pleasing two-storey prefabricated homes, developed as an affordable and fast-build panelised housing solution.
The two-storey design incorporates an upper-level balcony conceived as a sky garden, extending the living space outdoors while providing views over the adjacent park. The solution combines efficient prefabricated construction with comfortable, flexible living spaces and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
