Check the title, especially all assessments and land monasteries that may limit the construction content or location.
Ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations, local planning regulations and restrictions. Depending on the project there may be laws that protect the local environment or any historical part of the building.
Leadership – Lead a professional team that will work at this stage of the project, including builders, businessmen, engineers, designers, and financial professionals.
Construction documents – translate the design into instructions and technical specifications for contractors and construction experts. Make sure to meet these specifications.
Project management - site visits and meetings, supervise construction and verify the quality of work, negotiate with contractors, deal with, and resolve any issues that may arise.
