This project involved the interior design, documentation and approvals for WokandRoll Sushi Bar in Mosman Park, creating a functional and contemporary hospitality space with a distinctive Japanese-inspired character.
My scope included space planning, interior design, custom joinery, technical documentation, Council approvals and liquor licence application documentation, coordinating the regulatory requirements necessary for the operation of the venue.
